Key modification of Competition 2 M and Duty M to our previous Competition and Duty models:
- side guards are lowered to allow better griping of the slide and wings are lowered to the safety
off position of 1911 A1 pistol.
Two models and each has three sub models to fit different Generation of Glock Pistols:
A. Competition 2M 1 Recoil Control Thumb Rest for Glock Pistol
- with extra long beaver tail for better protection of web of shooting hand.
#1759 Competition 2-M 4S fits Glock® Gen 4 pistols with small (standard) grip.
#1791 Competition 2-M 3L fits Gen 3 Glock® pistols released on and after 2007 with serial number starts and after Lxxx
(Does not fit Gen 4, 5 or pre serial #Lxx)
#1790 Competition 2-M 1 fits Gen 1 to 3 Glock® pistols released around and before 2007 with serial number before Lxxx
(Does not fit Gen 4, 5 or serial #Lxx and after)
B. Duty M - fits most duty holster.
# 1785 Duty M 4S fits Glock® Gen 4, 5 pistols with small (standard) grip.(Does not fit M&L size grip or Gen 1 to 3)

Weight and dimension differences between Duty and Competition Glock Recoil Control Thumb Rest Models:
1. Weight including stainless steel pin: Duty - M : 0.29 oz (8.3 gram). Competition - 2M : 0.35 oz (9.9 gram)
2. Maximum width: Duty - M : 1.92 " (48mm) Competition - 2M 1: 2.01" (51mm)
3. Wing sticks out: Duty - M : 0.32 " (8.0mm) Competition - 2M 1: 0.34" (8.7mm)
4. Wing length: Duty - M : 0.81" (20.6mm) Competition - 2M 1: 0.64" (16.2mm)
5. Beaver tail: Duty - M : 0.09 " (2.3mm) Competition - 2M 1: 0.32" (8.0mm)

including sub-compact G, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 & 39. (Does not fit slim - line Glock 25, 28, 42, 43, 48.)

Took off the right side thumb rest as it felt awkward with it on. Works well.
