In Canada, all restricted firearms need a reason to buy and back by proof of document.
If you want to buy a handgun (Restricted Firearms) or already own a handgun and wanted to renew your PAL license, you must join an authorized handgun club and apply for an Authorization to Transport that is good for five years and expire on the same day as your PAL.
The following do not have an actual shooting range but is approved as a club to buy handguns. (Be sure to cancel your membership if you don't need to, or they'll be automatically charged to your credit card every year.

Fill out the form, print it out, and sign it. Scan the entire copy along with your PAL and membership and email to: CFP-CPS_CFO_Unit <cfpcfounit@rcmp-grc.gc.ca>
You will receive a new PAL within one week of emailing your application to the CFO. Your new PAL card will have new conditions that allow you to transport restricted firearms to shooting ranges and to your home.
